Executive Advisor

Warren is one of those rare individuals who has developed Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps and Security from the ground up.  As a life cycle consultant and executive advisor, he has 25+ years of experience, spanning private and public companies from small to Fortune 10 companies such as HP, CA, Niku and Saba.   He has extensive experience in Cloud Service Engineering, SaaS, Compliance, Security, Development and Infrastructure.  And, Warren has a global view growing up in Europe, Southeast Asia and the US.

His roles have included CIO, VP Engineering and 24x7 Operations, with hands-on experience in all the IT disciplines.   As our consultant, he uncovers solutions and services as well as understanding the “how to” get to the end game.  Warren’s strength is in delivering in end-to-end services offerings including TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).

Executive Advisor

Mark has joined Info Plus International as an executive advisor.  He has worked extensively in areas such as Cloud, DevOps, eCommerce, IT Security and applications, bringing significant expertise to us at Info Plus. 

Over the course of 25 years, Mark has developed business and IT strategies designed to drive top-line revenue growth—such as Cisco’s e-commerce initiatives—while cutting OpEx and growing margins. One of his particular strengths is his ability to deliver quality results during difficult economic times.

Recent engagements include Acting CIO, CSO and VP for Neustar, where he played an instrumental role in providing strategic support and technological oversight.  Also, had leadership roles with EA, McAffee, and the Department of Homeland Security.

Previous to IPI, Served in various capacities for Corporate America, WANG, Bell & Howell. CMIC (3M affiliated) , Providing advisory and Professional Services to Customers such as: First National City Bank (CITI Corp.), General Electric, and IBM.

México and Latin America - Senior Sales positions at several companies including: OLIVETTI, Eastman KODAK, Friden, and 3M.

With more than 25 years of technology and business expertise, Al Etterman is Info Plus International’s Executive Advisor and Vice President of Business Development. An accomplished senior executive with an excellent track record, Etterman has led technology and operational organizations through explosive business growth and mergers and acquisitions, as well as downsizings and restructurings.  A leader in organizational transformation through business process management, utilizing industry accepted methodologies and models, Etterman has a demonstrated ability to identify and deliver high impact business results with emerging technologies in enterprise software, systems integration and customer enabling solutions.
