Mark Tonnesen

As an Executive Advisor with Info Plus International, Mark has led multiple strategic assessments and complex implementations. Throughout his career, Mark has worked extensively in areas such as Cloud, DevOps, eCommerce, IT Security and applications, bringing significant expertise to us at Info Plus.
Over the course of 25 years, Mark has developed business and IT strategies designed to drive top-line revenue growth—such as Cisco’s e-commerce initiatives—while cutting OpEx and growing margins. One of his particular strengths is his ability to deliver quality results during difficult economic times. He is renowned for his ability to transform businesses, solving the most difficult business and technical challenges. His method includes identifying top priorities and goals, and then balancing the change approach with anticipated market opportunity. Prior roles included being the VP CIO at Achieve Financial, acting CIO, CSO and VP for Neustar, where he played an instrumental role in providing strategic support and technological oversight. Also, had leadership roles with EA, McAffee, and the Department of Homeland Security and a long tenure with Cisco Systems.
Patti Kozlovsky
MBA, PMP, CSM — Executive Consultant
Patti Kozlovsky is a seasoned executive and trusted advisor with over 20 years of experience spanning IT strategy, program management, quality systems, and organizational transformation across technology, medical devices, and aerospace. Holding an MBA, PMP, and CSM, she brings a rare combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution to every engagement.
With Info Plus International and others, Patti worked as part of the team delivering project management services and technology deployment strategies that generated significant cost savings and competitive advantage for clients — including Cisco, Tyco/Raychem, Sonos, Pacific SunWear, Ross Stores, Apple Computer, and Lam Research Corporation. She also worked with companies such as Adobe, SAIC, and more. She has consistently built strong relationships with senior leadership, aligning technology investments with business goals while managing risk and driving efficiency.
Her corporate leadership roles have been equally impactful. As Director of the IT Office of Strategy & Planning at Infoblox, she architected a SAFe Agile transformation that unified planning, budgeting, and process standardization across IT and business units, and led a complex Salesforce Service Cloud migration with FedRAMP certification support. In medical device development, she connected cross-functional and international teams around rigorous engineering, regulatory, and commercialization objectives. Most recently, as Senior Program Manager and Quality Lead at TAE Technologies, she has shaped the Quality Management System and driven a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Carolyn Bagby

Carolyn has over 25 years as an executive advisor for Info Plus International. Throughout her career, Carolyn has been adept at gaining a solid understanding of the clients’ business, organization and technology, uncovering the issues, and identifying the solutions. Carolyn has helped companies minimize the impact of cyber-adversity, lax processes or catastrophic data losses by quickly detecting where the problem areas are, offering clear solutions and delivering strong results. Significant experience in developing a Return on Investment for new technologies and ensuring that the projects deliver.
Agustin E. Ramirez

Since 1994, responsible for the Company’s legal, financial and operational matters.
Prior to to IPI, served in various capacities for Corporate America, WANG, Bell & Howell. CMIC (3M affiliated) , providing advisory and Professional Services to Customers such as: First National City Bank (CITI Corp.), General Electric, and IBM.
Experience in México and Latin America - Senior Sales positions at several companies including: OLIVETTI, Eastman KODAK, Friden, and 3M.
Steve Zalewski
Executive Security Consulting
As our Senior Security Executive, Steve Zalewski provides virtual CISO and security advisory services for businesses needing to build stronger, more resilient security programs. This includes security program design, security assessments, M&A due diligence, and board risk reporting.
Steve is also a Board advisor to cybersecurity product companies, providing guidance and direction to sharpen product strategy, refine GTM, and build better business revenue outcomes.
He is the former CISO at Levi Strauss & Co and has held senior security positions at Pacific Gas & Electric and Kaiser Permanente. His security credentials included CISSP, CISM and CRISC security certifications.
Steve co-hosts the CISOSeries Defense-in-Depth Podcasts and is a frequent speaker and panel moderator for webinars and industry events.
David R. Ewing

David brings over 25 years’ experience to Info Plus as one of our Senior Executives. Over the years, David has worked with Info Plus first as client with clients such as Nellcor Puritan Bennet and Etrade, then later on as one of our Senior level consultants for Natus, Sonos and TAE. As an alpha executive with an ability to manage complex business issues while providing strategic technology counsel, David brings to our clients a laser focus to increase business collaboration and intelligence services, applications renewal and generally laying the foundation for the inevitable economic upturn. Ewing’s rich and diverse experience as a technologist includes leading the global expansion of E*TRADE Financial, providing technical guidance to Al Gore during the Clinton administration, and, developing an innovative social media e-commerce platform. Most recently, David has acted as the Chief Information and Communications Officer at TAE Technologies, Inc.
